A topical anesthetic may be applied if you need it, and your skin will be thoroughly cleansed before and after the procedure.
This procedure has very minimal downtime needs and considerations. In fact, following your appointment, you will be free to participate in most of your usual daily activities with a few limitations. You may be instructed to avoid touching or applying makeup or lotion on the treatment area for approximately 48 hours following your procedure. During this time, you may also be advised to avoid exercise or vigorous activity.
